I promote health, fitness and strength at any and every age.
Short-term goals of weight loss are great, but my focus lies in helping improve my clients' quality of life and longevity.
Freedom from pain with full range of movement are what I focus on first. Then it’s all about building physical and mental strength.
Through exercise, I have been able to overcome many issues in my life - using it as a form of therapy. I want to pass this on to my clients. I believe one of my strengths as a PT is the relationships I've built with my clients. I aim to build a safe training environment, free of judgement & scrutiny where my clients can express their emotions and evolve not just as fitter people, but with a clearer understanding and acceptance of themselves.

80% of my client base is women aged 30-65, so it has been vital for me to invest in my education on female physiology. Pre, peri and post menopause are particular interests of mine as they enable me to give my clients the help they need. Without the understanding of the changes that the female body goes through during a lifetime, I would not be able to get the results I do or provide the right support that is needed.
